Littlest Elle #49: Frivolous Purchase
I just spent like an hour trying to find this thing on google with no luck. It’s a a little tiny plush stool you can sit seiza on without your feet going numb. This is the “evil kappa” model. They had like 100 cute faces, and 1 evil kappa head.
End of this story: I went to Japantown. I came back with an evil kappa head that I can sit on (although he’s not very comfortable, so I don’t).
Sitting Seiza = traditional and verging on the uncomfortable. That’s all you need to know.
Kappa = a Japanese water demon that likes to play tricks on/eat people. In pop culture, they usually look like cartoony turtles with a really bad haircut. Mine has freckles.
