Challenge for this week was to do an improv comic (unscripted and unplanned) starting with the very last panel and working your way up. Totally felt wierd doing it this way, like writing left handed, and I was very surprised that I was able to make it coherent at all.
If you want to make the experience more realistic, envision your favorite “Elle complains about her job” rant in place of grumbles. I recommend this recent favorite: “And so she comes back from her smoke break and the security guards have rotated, right, but her purse is gone. So she checks around and asks the next guard and it turns out the security guy had just finished his last shift with us and he STOLE HER PURSE ON HIS WAY OUT. WHAT THE HELL?”
