And with that, after a seven year run, Littlest Elle has officially ended. I’ve learned a lot, I’ve grown a TON, and I’m excited about what the future might hold.
Thank you so much everybody for all of your support over the years! I feel lucky to have had such awesome readers :)
While I may be retiring from journal comics for a while I will definitely continue making comics! If you’d like to see more of my work, you can always check out my other ongoing webcomics:

I am also somewhat active on the tumblrs and the twitters if you’re into that sort of thing.
And finally, in honor of the comic’s finale, I’ve set up my long-overdue online storefront offering ebooks of my minicomics. As a special thanks to you guys for being rad I’ve also uploaded a Scribble comic/wallpaper to the storefront that you can download for free. Hope you enjoy :)
Thanks, all!
Aww, melancholy. =D
I wish you all fortune in future endeavors, thank you for entertaining! Your ‘Littlest Elle” will be missed.
;w; I was originally really sad to know that this comic was ending since I’ve followed it for so long, but this strip is so optimistic I can’t help but smile. I especially love the inclusion of those stairs, since your depiction of life in San Francisco was one of the original reasons why I was drawn to this comic.
Thank you so much for writing such a great comic. I will always be a big fan of your work, you have no idea how inspirational you’ve been to me.
Yay, what a perfect way to end! I fully admit I read the beginning panel on comic con, and fully expected to see another one underneath it lamenting how huge and scary comic con has gotten (omg what a difference!). :D I’m sad I won’t be able to drop by and read anymore (old habits die hard, i’ll probably click my bookmark for a few months yet before moving it to my “finished” comics folder), but we’ve still got missing Monday and whatever you decide to do in the future.
Thank you for your work! Littlest Elle is a great comic. I especially needed it while I was working in retail! Even this last comic, where it talks about how you got started, is something I’ll remember…going from a passion to an Ĺ“uvre! Most of all I like how the comic started with a great idea, came more into its own style, and overtime changed and experimented. The way Erstwhile and Missing Mondays experiments with and changes styles is a big reason why I like those comics, too.
i am very happy for you sounds like big things are headed up in your future :)however yes i am sad that i will not be able to read the littlest elle any more i have really enjoyed your artwork
are there places that i can still see your work or more of your work ?

Elle,
I am such a fan of your artwork. There is something so gentle and sweet about the way you draw the world. The little moments in life that your comic captures makes one appreciate the everyday wonders. It is hard to describe, but your comic reminded me to be sweet and gentle to myself, and that life matters, even when it’s not some grand, international drama. I wish you the very best and eagerly await your future work.
Aw, I’m sad to see you close up shop here, but I’m grateful for all of the comics. Thank you so much!
