Oh totally. My brother is on kid number 2 and shows no sign of stopping, so I will have a little fleet of nieces (and possibly nephews) when I need my child-fix ;)
I think it’s for Professional Aunt No Kids – which is to say, an aunt who is a professional with an income, not someone who makes their living being an aunt. So being proud isn’t even technically a requirement! Either way, I find it sounds like an undergarment or a Japanese cookie product.
It’s the same on the other side, oddly enough. I have five and a friend asked me last night when we were going to have the next one. What?
Besides, you can be the fun Aunt who hangs out, plays, and then hands them back at the end of the day. ;)

My eldest’s godfather loves being the Official Punk. (Proud Uncle No Kids.)
Is there a good word for aunts without children?
I’m pretty sure the official marketing term for this demographic is PANKs.
That doesn’t answer your question, I realize, because it’s not a particularly _good_ word, but…

Oh, seriously? BOO.
In my headcanon (can we headcanon words?) it’s now PANKU, short for PAN-KUUKI or “bread cookie” ;)
