Not sure I’m expressing myself clearly with this one, but I wanted to give it a shot anyway.

I’ve had to quit drinking this summer for health reasons and it’s been more difficult than I thought it would be. Apparently I’ve been self-medicating my social anxiety with social drinking, which is not exactly healthy. So, uh, huh. If my health doesn’t improve, I guess I’m going to have to learn some new coping mechanisms ^_^;;
