I’d say this is a problem that comes with aging but I’ve pretty much always been this fragile. I have previously popped my neck while sneezing, afterall.
Have you thought about taking up yoga? A thirty to forty-five minute session could really loosen you up.
Good point. I was doing yoga on the wiifit for a while and it was pretty awesome, though lately I haven’t been making the time. I should consider a class.
