Back in June I had more mint than I could handle because the farmer’s market in my neighborhood is AWESOME and they had huge bundles for cheapity cheap.
You would be surprised how few recipes there are that use mint as a key ingredient, though. I am pretty sure I tried all of them. I sort of regret the smoothie ones, but that is neither here nor there.
For those of legal age playing along at home, the mint-vodka recipe is quite simple: Clean and dry your mint. Stuff into a jar. Cover with vodka. Seal the jar. Leave it alone for a month. Tada!
